What is Action research?
Action Research is a process where educators investigate their own practice in a structured, supportive, and collaborative environment. This is not a theoretical exercise—it's practical, grounded, and deeply personal. Educators pose questions, gather evidence, reflect on outcomes, and adapt their strategies to improve learning.
Program Structure
Foundational Workshops
A series of face-to-face sessions guide participants through the core stages of the action research cycle—from framing a question to collecting and analyzing data.
Mentorship & Ongoing Guidance
Each educator is paired with an experienced mentor who provides regular check-ins, feedback, and encouragement throughout the research process.

Capstone Presentation
